Basically in summary what I got out of this excellent comparison review by Manny is the FE 35mm f/1.8 Lens is actually sharper than the Zeiss 35mm f/1.4 Lens, weighs a fraction of the weight, costs half the price, and does not have the super easy to turn aperture ring which can be very annoying at times in the real world. Both lenses suffer from some fringing in super high contrast areas and the rendering of the Zeiss out of focus areas is a bit better overall.
Conclusions
After watching this comparison review this is a no brainer to me. I would absolutely 100% get the much cheaper new FE 35mm f/1.8 Lens rulet siteleri over the faster, larger, heavier, and much more expensive FE 35mm f/1.4 Zeiss Lens.
